Conjunction - Description Two planets lined up on the same degree and sign. Cosmobiologists use very tight orbs of only one degree. (this gives the accuracy needed to time events.) Key word HARMONY. Extremely helpful aspect for day-to-day living. Conditions are at their peak, things get done. It is a positive period so planning can be done with confidence.
Opposition - Description Two planets 180 degree apart. Key word AWARENESS. This is a time when opposing forces are at work. You need to look at both sides of the situation and be conscious of what is going on around you. Make sure all the facts are correct. It is then a matter of choice.
Square - Description Two planets 90 degrees apart. Key word OBSTACLE. This is a period when you will be challenged in certain areas and one will be forced to face issues one may have been avoiding. It is an action aspect. You must do something about the situation.
Semi square - Description Two planets 45 degrees apart. On the 90-degree dial this aspect is on the opposite side of our circle. Key word is FRICTION. This is a period where one can expect difficulties, strain and tension in one’s life. It is another action aspect where something must be done to rectify certain conditions.
Sesqui Quadrate - Description Two planets 135 degrees apart but again like the semi square shows up across the other side of the circle. Key word ELIMINATION. Time to get moving and sort out what works and what doesn’t. A time to clear the air.
